Day 18/19

Not so good news...leukemia is still present, and we are waiting for the doctor's new plan. Christi's throat is still unbelievably sore/painful, and she cannot swallow. She is limited to ice chips today. She sleeps most of the time.
Marianna was at Sam's on Monday in OKC and had a "God moment." I had called to tell her about Christi's condition, and she was crying as she was loading her car. A man and woman walked by and said, "How do you like your Buick Enclave?" She turned around, and they saw that she was crying. They apologized, and Marianna explained why she was crying. The lady said, "oh, honey...I had a friend who had the same thing, and her second transplant worked!"

We continue to believe that God can heal her. Pray ceaselessly!

  1. Our God is an awesome God and has nothing but love in His hands for Christi. She is His girl and He loves His girls!! I pray for AbbaFather...Father God right now to blow healing over Christi's body..thru her mind...down to her toes. Inside and outside...bringing waves of nothing but healing. May it flow and flow and bring health, peace, strength, comfort and hope. May the Creator of the Universe ...the Creator of Christi...reach Christi's blood cells which He created and renew them, refresh them and give them NEW life right now. I ask for comfort and relentless hope for each family and friend who know her. I ask for courage to start a new walk and a new plan. No fear...just strong faith to face the new of today and the courage to take each step. Amen...In love, for my friend...suess
